Known for creating one of the most exciting vegan degustation menus in Sydney, inspired by freshly foraged food and impressive ingredients and textures; The Gantry team has teamed up with Chaffey Bros Wine Co to create an intriguing menu of plant-based dishes and experimental, small-batch wines.
Chaffey Bros Wine Co showcases purity of fruit while celebrating the sub-regional diversity of Barossa Shiraz and Eden Valley Riesling.
Relish in the storytelling of these modern winemakers and enjoy a culinary journey with a four-course vegan tasting menu, featuring organic fruits & vegetables and truffles.
Hero dishes from the menu include a wintery course of Potato, truffle, broad beans and chestnuts, followed by a Feijoa and passionfruit dessert.

The Gantry Restaurant has partnered with Dalrymple Vineyards of highly acclaimed Pipers River, Tasmania to create the ultimate indulgent feast celebrating luxury ingredients and rich wines.
Spend a Winter’s night enjoying a magnificent four-course tasting menu created in collaboration with The Gantry Head Chef Thom Gorringe and Dalrymple vigneron Peter Caldwell,
using only the finest Australian ingredients including David Blackmores wagyu beef, truffles, and caviar paired with these elegant and expressive wines for a night of pure extravagance.
The hero dish for this luxe dinner is a David Blackmore 9+ wagyu rostbiff with truffle, black kale and potato.

Created in partnership with renowned Champagne house Perrier-Jouët, The Gantry Garden is re-launching in time for Spring with an indulgent garden inspired feast hosted by Perrier-Jouet’s Ambassador.
Enjoy an effervescent experience and taste a variety of vintages from one of the world’s best loved champagne houses, perfectly matched to a four-course menu specially created by The Gantry’s Head Chef Thom Gorringe.

The Gantry team is breaking tradition in collaboration with Sydney’s favourite speakeasy, Eau de Vie to create a unique night filled with delectable shared plates and theatrical mixology.

meticulously crafted and paired with a unique cocktail from the discerning bartender experts.
