To celebrate the start of the NSW Highlands and Canberra Region Truffle Festival, Sydney’s 1-hatted harbour side restaurant, The Gantry, will offer the ultimate truffle fix this truffle season. Aligned with the Winter Solstice, Head Chef Thom Gorringe has curated a special menu for the launch event – showcasing our nearest growing truffle regions, Canberra and the NSW Southern Highlands. The curated list of matching wines has been sourced from local New South Wales and Canberra wineries. Experience the black diamond of the produce world with canapés, a six course menu, matching wines and an included charity donation.

$125 per person

Experience harbourside dining this Mother’s Day with a delicious four-course tasting menu and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival. Add matching wines to each course for $80 per person or add bottomless champagne* for $99 per person.

Enjoy a hatted Gantry Restaurant experience within your own private igloo! Head Chef Thom Gorringe showcases his love of seasonal, Australian ingredients throughout the menus. Indulge in the Gantry’s wine list that has been expertly matched with the seasonal produce.

NYE Dinner @ The Gantry
