Father’s Day Lunch

Experience harbourside dining this Father’s Day with a delicious four-course tasting menu and your choice of one of the following:

– A glass of sparkling wine on arrival
– A beer on arrival
– A whiskey on arrival
– A cognac to end your meal

Add matching wines to each course for $80 per person. Please note, Club Marriott Members will receive 20% off the ticketed price.

$65 Set Lunch

Experience harbourside dining in a quick and easy format. Enjoy two courses for $65 per person or three courses for $75 per person. Both course options include a glass of wine or beer. Great for a quick business lunch or client entertaining – the Set Lunch is available Monday to Thursday weekly.


Truffle Degustation

A six-course dining experience featuring locally sourced truffles 

To celebrate the incredible Truffle season, we are offering the ultimate truffle fix this Winter. Head Chef Thom Gorringe has curated a special menu showcasing our nearest growing truffle regions, Canberra and Southern Highlands.

A selection of dishes from the Truffle Degustation will also be available on the A La Carte menu over the truffle season.

Each Chef will prepare two new dishes that reflect their personal style and utilise fresh, market-driven cuisine. The mouthwatering coastal-inspired menu will draw upon the seasonal culinary style that each chef brings to the table.

Enjoy a six-course set menu with matching wines. Intimate setting with only 30 guests, opportunity to meet the chefs.

Santa Monica Chef royalty Josiah Citrin (Two-star Michelin Chef and owner of Santa California’s highly-acclaimed Mélisse, Charcoal Venice, Openaire and Dave’s Doghouse restaurants) and Chef Raphael Lunetta (‘Top Chef’ judge, Owner and Chef Proprietor at Lunetta and Lunetta All Day) will collaborate with The Gantry Head Chef Thom Gorringe (One Hat Good Food Guide, Electrolux Young Chef of the Year 2017 finalist) to showcase the best of NSW seasonal produce with a menu inspired by the waterside aspects of life on the Pier – taking you from the Santa Monica coast to Sydney Harbour.
