The Private Dining Room

The Gantry’s Private Dining Room - a space with wall-to-wall views of Walsh Bay, direct pier access, and fresh air. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this intimate space draws inspiration from our maritime history on the harbour, offering a relaxed atmosphere, group-friendly food, delicious drinks, and a dedicated server - making it perfect for any celebration.

The ultimate Group Dining Experience

Guests are welcome to enjoy a 2.5 hour private dining experience with us, available for lunch and dinner seating's offering both of our seasonal selection menus.

 

Bookings for the Private Dining Room can be made online, with the choice to preselect from our two selection menus.

The Private Dining Room is available to book for dinner, Wednesday to Saturday, and lunch Thursday to Saturday.

Minimum spend of $1,500 per reservation. $1,000 holding deposit at time of booking to guarantee reservation.

Lunch bookings must vacate the Private Dining Room by 4pm.

A 10% service surcharge applies to groups of 8 or more and will be added to the final bill.

A 15% service surcharge applies on public holidays.
