The Gantry Earns One Hat at The Good Food Guide Awards 2017

We are proud to announce that The Gantry has been awarded a chef hat from the Australian Good Food Guide 2017. The AGFG has a long tradition of seeking out the best food in Australia and awarded the masterful chefs who have delectable meals that tease the senses.

The AGF looks at six attributes of success when rating meals. Only the highest ingredients should be used to create the dishes served at the restaurant. The food should have a well-balanced taste that is amazing. Of course, since we eat first with our eyes, the presentation is key to earning a chef hat. The technique the chef uses to create their masterpiece is a key attribute to impeccable food. Value and consistency are the last two areas that AGF looks at when awarding a chef hat. Your experience should be repeatable and leave you feeling satisfied.
